I love our CSA. Love it. However, they sometimes send things that I'm not exactly sure how to use. This week was one of those (the 10-month old is in the picture strictly for scale... and also because he's cute):
Don't worry, buddy. I'm a little freaked out by it, too. Now to figure out what to do with it!

Well, according to the email that the CSA sent, it's a Green Striped Cushaw Squash. Not that that helps me figure out how to cook it.
