| Well, besides a few obviously non-Dutch compositional things like not looking directly at the viewer, etc. I still think the resemblance/style similarities are remarkable. |

Ah, quite the Art History major observation! Too bad I (unfortunately) am going to have to google what on earth a Van Dyke and a Vermeer are. :)
